Products

Our products are food supplements and are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always follow the recommended dosage and product instructions.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as stock issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service selected. Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and, for international orders, any applicable customs duties or import charges.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery and only for products that are unopened, unused, sealed and in their original packaging. Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
